Ten Acre Gardens, located just 8 miles east of Salina, provides a unique shopping experience in a picturesque rural setting.   You enter the property along a winding lane that travels through plantings of wildflowers and native grasses.  A knowledgeable and helpful staff will greet you upon your arrival to the nursery and greenhouse.  You may even receive a visit from Lucy, our adorable Welsh corgi.

Ten Acre Gardens specializes in perennials, ornamental grasses, shrubs, trees, annuals, herbs and vegetables.  We also carry a unique line of decorative planters and garden art. You will be pleased to know that the plants that we offer have been chosen for superior garden performance in our north-central Kansas climate.

We welcome you to tour our beautiful display gardens.  Our customers enjoy seeing mature trees and shrubs combined with perennials to create attractive 4-season gardens. They also appreciate the opportunity to gain ideas for their own landscapes.   Our landscapes combine not only beautiful plantings but also unique uses of landscape rocks, planters and garden art.

Ten Acre Gardens, opened in the spring of 1999, originally specialized in perennials but have since expanded our line of products to include just about any tree, shrub or perennial you might need to compliment your landscape.  Special orders are available if we don’t have what you are looking for.  In addition, our staff is always available for garden consultations. These range from a quick layout or sketch using dimensions and pictures that you bring to us, to on-site visits and full landscape plans for your home.  There is a fee for off-site consultations, please contact Jane for pricing.
